MB Consulting is a company that provides financial and tax consulting services to a range of clients in Albania. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team for the following position: Office Coordinator

Detyrat

• The candidate we are looking for will manage the flow of communications with a portfolio of clients to ensure they receive quality service in all aspects.
• The candidate will also be responsible for improving the interdepartmental processes within the company.

Kualifikimet

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A university degree, preferably in Political Science/Communication/Foreign Languages;
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team of professionals at all levels;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, define priorities, and manage uncertainties;
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
• Candidates with 2-5 years of experience will be preferred.
