We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the company's established standards. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of services made by the company and adhering to reliability, performance, and customer expectations. Inspection of services is part of the job with the obligation to report and document findings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and manage quality measurements to track improvement in products.
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.
• Adhere to industry quality and safety standards.
• Ensure services meet customer expectations and demand.
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing.
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production.
• Monitor representatives through quality evaluation checks and other methods of measurement and control.
• Create new methods that are more reliable and effective in measuring and assuring quality across all departments.
• May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Kualifikimet

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• C1 Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Certification in Quality Standards practices and methodologies such as DMAIC and Six Sigma is highly preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in Quality Assurance.
• Working knowledge of products and services and in-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies.
• Knowledge of Automated Tools for QA Processes and Automation Scripts.
• Good customer focus.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and diligent attributes.
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and in common office applications.
• Experienced in Quality Standards methodologies and practices.
• Collaboration Skills and Communication Skills.
• Documentation and compliance knowledge.
• Innovation skills along with creativity and resourcefulness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
