IT Tech Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex technical issues and assisting with the management of the service board as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve challenging support tickets.
• Tackle system engineering-related issues.
• Assist in managing the service board when required.

Kualifikimet

Requirements: 

• Availability to work Monday- Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
• Office 365 and Azure.
• Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP).
• Strong English and communication skills.
• Email - send/receive troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in windows and office apps, build and manage servers, domain controllers, AD, etc.
• Vmware, Hyper v.
• Meraki (or other routers).
• Quickbooks.
• Network troubleshooting skills.

Would be a PLUS:

• Experience with managing, configuring and -troubleshooting backup systems.
• Anti-virus and web filter concepts.
• Web hosting and dns experience.
• Some PowerShell experiences.
• Asterisk (or other pbx management experience), SIP phones.
