Eurolab Internacional Grup, exclusive importer and distributor of international premium brands, is looking to hire: Senior Legal 

Position Description:

• Company targets achievement. Supports the company to achieve 2 key targets: sales volumes and revenues, without any legal risk, and takes necessary actions and activities to support the company's overall business activities.
• Negotiates, drafts, and manages the legal progress of all contracts and correspondences with suppliers and distributors of the company for Albania and for the region.
• Manage and provide legal tasks to the group of legal entities; support and manage the full range of legal strategies and responsibilities for all legal entities in several jurisdictions.
• Prepare and manage, after being approved, the legal procedure, strategy, and goals for the legal team in alignment with the larger organizational goals of the company.
• Develop and provide trainings on legal issues, processes, and policies to multi-level audiences in all departments in HQ and other countries where the company performs its activities.
• Special duties as assigned from time to time.

Detyrat

Legal Procedure

Prepares, directs, and manages the legal relations of the company with local state institutions, inspectorates, customs, and taxation, including documentation and inspection participation and follow-up.

Litigations

Responsible for the management, prevention, and further preparation for the representation of the company(s) in civil, administrative, commercial, and litigation cases.

Legal Framework changes

Responsible to track, analyze, and inform changes in legislation in all the countries where the company operates, and in particular on changes in legislation directly related to the business activity of the company, such as labor, import, trade, fiscal, laws related to food, alcohol, inspections, etc., and propose changes to the company’s relevant activities in line with legal framework changes.

Coordination

Manage and coordinate external consultants and bars, associations where the company adheres in all countries, information and service provided by those, and any other engagement with third parties not directly linked with the core activity of the company

Kualifikimet

• Education: Bachelor in Law, Master of Science in Law, preferred in trade and private law
• Work Experience: 5 years of work experience in legal field
• Specific Knowledge: Knowledge in international trade law
• Experience in legal negotiation
• Experience advising senior management of complex companies
• Experienced with litigation management (whether court or alternative dispute resolution entities)
• Languages & Computer Skills
• Professional Legal English,
• Very good use of MS Office package
• Proven skills in management & leadership of teams & building teamwork
