Motrada Handels GmbH is a rapidly growing IT company. We design, develop and sell Internet auction platforms.Our customers are well-known international corporations from the banking and automotive industries. Our platforms are in use in over 15 European countries.
For our subsidiary in Shkodra, Albania we a are offering the following position; REGIONAL OFFICE-ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:
Invoicing and payment processes:
- Collection and grouping of invoices for Motrada Shkodra
- Allocation and preparation of accounting relevant information on invoices for AL and AT
- Communication with the local accounting studio in Shkodra
- Reporting to the team in Motrada Vienna
Communication interface between accountant studio and Motrada Vienna:
- Taking over and conciliating employment-related requests from employees with the local accounting studio
- Handling the registration and un-registration of employees (by reporting to the accounting studio)
- Ensuring that all legally required documents are arranged for existing and new employees
- Ensuring that all legally required documents are present for the office activity and -building
Communication interface with local partners and authorities:
- Correspondence with local partners, e.g. insurance company, electricity or internet providers, etc.
- Getting inquiries from local service providers wherever required
Local process optimisation:
- Optimising the flow, how invoices are paid – switching from cash payment to bank transfer
- Improving and automating the existing purchase processes
- Following up and optimising projects, that serve the employees daily work process or infrastructure
Support of purchase activities for Motrada Shkodra:
- Placing orders related to goods required at the office
- Aligning orders with the budget given for this purpose
- Keeping track of stock, aligning with employees on requirements
Administrative preparation, documentation and analyses:
- Preparing information and presentations for meetings (on administrative topics)
- Documentation of meetings for further processing together with colleagues in charge
- Participating in the maintenance of communication tools, company representation, etc.
- Tracking, documenting, and analysing of local competitor’s events
