Alumil Albania, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position: Logistics Specialist

Position Objective
Data entry of orders in the system and tracking the status of customer orders.

Detyrat

Main Duties:

• Places customer orders (SDS warehouses) in the program (Atlantis) after receiving confirmations from customers.
• Sends Order Confirmations regarding orders and deadlines set according to production processes and SLA.
• It is a link between clients and Alumil Albania, following daily correspondence by email.
• Follows the problems reported by customers and forwards them to the Departments of Sales / Production / Quality and Administration.
• Responds on mobile to customer requests and clarifies them regarding orders, residues and delivery times
• Sends Packing Lists of profiles prepared by the Warehouse and Prepares orders in order to obtain approval of order shipments by customers.
• Collaborates in data entry for the Loading process.
• Open the codes of new profiles and new colors according to the requirements of orders and profiles coming from import.

Kualifikimet

Requirements:

• Candidates must meet the following criteria:
• University Degree (prefered with bachelor or master degree in Mechanical/Economics Engineering).
• With or without experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Good knowledge of English Language.
