The Supply Chain Specialist supports the Supply Chain Manager across various supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, supplier management and inventory control. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within the company and between the company, its partners and suppliers.

Detyrat

• Lead stock planning analysis, forecast product usage based on sales trends, promotions, new restaurant openings, holidays, seasonality and other factors that affect demand. Translate the forecast into order quantities that take current stock levels, lead times and product shelf life into account.
• Organize international transport with third-party transport partners. Book shipments, and manage logistics challenges such as delays, capacity shortages, border or customs issues and temperature deviations, finding solutions to keep supply uninterrupted.
• Follow restaurant inventory reports and identify potential issues such as low stock, overstock, near-expiry products or unusual usage. Handle restaurant requests on stock allocation and availability, and balance stock between restaurants when needed.
• Plan and place orders for food products, packaging and operating supplies in line with the stock plan.
• Track delivery performance, quality and pricing, help negotiate terms and manage supplier contracts.
• Coordinate import documentation, health certificates and customs clearance with customs brokers.
• Manage warehouse inventory to prevent stock-outs and reduce waste and expiries using FEFO.
• Monitor the cold chain for frozen and chilled products during receiving, storage and transport, and keep temperature records.
• Plan local distribution to restaurants and optimize routes, delivery frequency and vehicle loads.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance on goods-in inspections, non-conformances, product holds and returns, traceability and recalls.
• Support new product and limited-time offer launches by making sure stock is ready before launch and waste is minimal after it ends.
• Track forecast accuracy, stock cover, waste and supplier and transport performance, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Supply Chain & Quality Assurance Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Albanian law (AKU food authority, customs), food safety requirements and KFC brand standards.

Kualifikimet

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, stock planning or warehousing, preferably in food, HoReCa or quick-service restaurants.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in demand forecasting, stock planning or working with sales data.
• Experience organizing international transport and working with freight forwarders or transport companies.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, for communication with international suppliers, transport partners and the franchisor.
• Knowledge of cold chain management and HACCP is a plus.
• Category B driving license is a plus.
