Ready for your next step in Audit? EY Albania is looking for Experienced Audit Assistants to join our team in Tirana office.

Detyrat

• Participates in audit engagements by providing technical expertise
• Participates in the implementation of work plans
• Effectively works as a team member, shares responsibility, and provides support to senior assistant auditors and / or managers in connection with engagements
• Periodically informs the senior auditors and managers about the progress of the project
• Supports the preparation of meetings with the teams of key clients and participates in these meetings
• Assists in the preparation of reports and plans to be provided to clients and third parties
• Applies Ernst & Young's global audit methodology to various client engagements
• Complies with the engagement’s budgets
• Implements data analysis procedures for at least one client engagement
• Understands and follows work policies and procedures
• Performs substantive procedures for clients or internal controls for clients, and tests the effectiveness of these controls
• Prepares the results and contributes to the discussion of the audit strategy during meetings of the work planning teams
• Performs audits in different locations as part of the audit team, as not all clients are based in Tirana.
• Archive the engagement
• Develops and maintains productive working relationships with customer staff
• Builds strong internal relationships within Ernst and Young Audit and other departments
• Constantly develops his technical competence
• Constantly develops his personal skills and competencies
• Accumulates knowledge of risk and quality management policies

Kualifikimet

• Up to three years of relevant work experience, IFRS knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent level of Albanian and English
• Relevant experience in the field
• Skills to work in a multifunctional and dynamic environment
• Skills to work with deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
