Are you an experienced Finance Manager with strong leadership skills? Europcar, operating in Albania under Tendence 3A, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Finance Manager to oversee and optimize our financial operations. As a key player in driving financial stability and success, you will be responsible for managing the finance team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making to achieve our business goals.

Location: Tirana, Albania

Detyrat

• Supervision of all aspects of the company's financial management.
• Responsibility for maintaining the company's accounting records.
• Organization and coordination of the work of the accounting department.
• Oversight of the development of the department and financial procedures.
• Supervision of the company's financial system.
• Providing advice and making independent decisions in the field of taxes and duties.
• Updating knowledge in the field of local regulations (taxes, finance) as well as international accounting standards and customs and foreign exchange regulations.
• Timely preparation of tax returns, reports, and other legally required declarations.
• Proper tax resolution in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Timely preparation of reports for the administrator.
• Preparation of quarterly financial statements and their timely submission to the headquarters.
• Continuous contact and cooperation with auditors, especially during book inspection periods for auditing purposes.
• Contact with tax authorities during periods of book accuracy inspections.

Kualifikimet

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Finance; experience in the retail sector is preferred.
• Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
• Strong data analysis skills, accuracy, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Package and Finance 5.
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken, of English language.
