As a Senior Product Manager you will design the journey of new feature of digital banking channel (web, mobile) and improve existing functionalities, prepare epics & user stories, test cases, follow features up to implementation and delivery to end customers. The new features and improvement of existing ones will be implemented in collaboration with Digital Sales squad PO & other stakeholders in agile setup. Part of responsibility includes also support and improvements related to digital acquisition via all channels, and for external and internal customers about all functionalities of digital channels.

Detyrat

• Design journey & lead implementation of new digital functionalities and improvement of existing ones; push for achievement within timelines defined in the agile team setup.
• Prepare functional specifications, epics, user stories, test cases and coordinate closely with the Digital Sales squad’s PO the implementation and launch to production.
• Assist the New-to-Bank customers who want to onboard digitally via mobile
• Assist customers, Branches & Contact Center for Digital Signature processes, Online Lending, Raiffeisen ON enrollment & payment issues in app & web application, or other RON processes, new features of Digital Banking services deployed from Agile Digital Sales Team.
• Report incidents and follow up issues related to digi-sign activation and signature.
• Manage knowledge and awareness of digital banking within Bank and ensure a suitable communication and service training if required
• Work closely with CRM and Digital Marketing in implementing approved campaigns by providing target groups, message, promo details, service info, and other required details. Analyze and review results.
• Maintain regular contacts with the sales force & CEx Team to get customers’ feedback and requests related to digital banking services
• Closely monitor digital channels performance and its overall processes to ensure that all critical success areas have been detected on time and handled accordingly.

Kualifikimet

• Degree in Business Economics/ Business Informatics (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of Banking Experience, preferable in product management.
• High expertise, knowledge of Digital Banking services.
• Very good knowledge of digital market trends.
• Proficient in English in speaking, writing.
• Good knowledge of Scrum framework and other Agile practices.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence or other tools.
• Technology expertise is a plus.
