The Senior Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing the company’s business processes through automation, AI integration, and digital transformation. This position is responsible for evaluating and implementing the solutions while ensuring seamless system integration. The role requires a deep understanding of process mining, robotics, AI, and machine learning models to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and customer experience. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to drive digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

1. Analyze

• Identify and recommend process improvements in terms of efficiency, digitalization, and automation.
• Evaluate and select the best solutions to enhance business processes
• Design future-state processes by integrating AI, machine learning, and automation solutions.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for process changes and technology implementations to ensure financial viability and efficiency.

2. Implement

• Implement, and integrate AI, machine learning, and automation technologies into existing business processes.
• Develop automation scripts, machine learning models, and AI-driven enhancements to optimize workflow.
• Ensure smooth integration of solutions with existing systems and business applications.

3. Improve

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in automation, AI, and machine learning to ensure best practices are applied.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements in AI implementation.
• Maintain and continuously improve implemented AI-driven and automated solutions.

Kualifikimet

What we need

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems and business applications.
• Ability to manage and implement end-to-end automation and AI solutions across various business functions.
• Proficiency in IT systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of process engineering tools and software, including RPA, Power Automate, and process mining software (e.g., Disco).
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation, including Python programming for AI-driven applications.
• Understanding process methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMS.
