Swisscontact është një fondacion i pavarur zviceran që promovon zhvillimin ekonomik, social dhe mjedisor. Objektivi i Swisscontact është krijimi i mundësive për të larguar nga varfëria njerëzit e vendeve në zhvillim përmes një zhvillimi ekonomik me bazë të gjerë. Përmes projekteve të ndryshme, Swisscontact lehtëson aksesin në programe të zhvillimit të aftësive, nxit sipërmarrjen konkurruese, krijon akses për shërbimet lokale financiare dhe promovon përdorimin e qëndrueshëm të burimeve.
Projekti Aftësi për Punë (Skills for Jobs) është një projekt i Agjencisë Zvicerane për Zhvillim dhe Bashkëpunim, i zbatuar nga Swisscontact. Projekti është pjesë e Fushës së Zhvillimit Ekonomik të Strategjisë Zvicerane të Bashkëpunimit për Shqipërinë (2014-2017), me fokus të veçantë tek promovimi i mundësive për punësim dhe zhvillimin e aftësive. Ky projekt lehtëson zhvillimin cilësor të Arsimimit dhe Formimit Profesional (AFP).

Background

Swisscontact is an independent Swiss foundation promoting economic, social, and environmental development. Swisscontact's objective is to open up pathways out of poverty for people in developing countries through broad-based economic development. In its various projects Swisscontact facilitates access to skills development programmes, fosters competitive entrepreneurship, creates access to local financial services, and promotes sustainable use of resources.
Skills for Jobs is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) that is implemented by Swisscontact. The project is part of the Economic Development Domain of the Swiss Cooperation Strategy for Albania (2014-2017), with specific focus on promotion of employment opportunities and skills development. The project facilitates the development of quality Vocational Education and Training (VET) offers by supporting VET providers in offering labour market integration facilities.
