Location: Tirana, Albania
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + Performance-based commission

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join our high-performing sales team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with top-tier executives, develop key business relationships, and drive revenue through sponsorship and exhibition sales.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to sell sponsorship packages for our portfolio of international conferences across a diverse range of industries. You will interact directly with C-level executives, gaining valuable insights into the B2B sector and playing a key role in facilitating business partnerships between leading industry players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales for our world-class industry conferences.  
  • Proactively engage with new and existing sponsors to discuss tailored sponsorship opportunities.
  • Understand clients' needs and craft customized sponsorship packages that align with their business goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle through effective communication via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support event promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the conference production team to shape event agendas and secure speaking opportunities for sponsors.

Kualifikimet

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with high-level executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and internet usage.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to meet targets, and work independently.

Preferred (but not essential):

  • Experience in sponsorship sales or B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to identify business opportunities.
