Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana is looking for an organised and client-focused Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Location: Tirana, Albania
Employment type: Full-time

Detyrat

About the role

As Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team in its day-to-day work, making sure every client enquiry, proposal and booking is handled quickly, accurately and to a five-star standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries from corporate, group and event clients, and prepare offers, proposals and contracts
  • Keep client accounts, the sales database and booking records accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate with Reservations, Events, Front Office and Food & Beverage so that client requirements are delivered
  • Track group bookings, deadlines, deposits and payments
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations and correspondence for the sales team
  • Assist with site inspections, client visits, trade fairs and promotional events

Kualifikimet

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, reservations or front office; experience in a luxury or international hotel is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Albanian, written and spoken; an additional language (such as Italian or German) is a plus
  • Good command of MS Office; knowledge of Opera PMS or a similar hotel system is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A professional, positive attitude and the ability to work to deadlines
