Përshkrimi i kompanisë

Cosmedic Express LLC is a modern medical tourism company headquartered in Tirana, Albania, dedicated to connecting international patients with high-quality, affordable medical and cosmetic treatments. Founded and owned by experienced business professionals from the United Kingdom and the United States, the company operates under Western standards of ethics, transparency, and customer service while leveraging Albania’s rapidly growing medical sector.

The company specializes in cosmetic and elective medical procedures, including plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, hair transplantation, and related treatments. Cosmedic Express offers a full-service, end-to-end experience. From the initial inquiry, patients are guided by trained medical sales consultants who provide detailed explanations of procedures, pricing, recovery timelines, and travel logistics. Once a patient decides to proceed, the company coordinates appointments, documentation, accommodations, and ground transportation when applicable, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. Post-treatment support and follow-up communication further reinforce the company’s commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

Operating from Tirana—a strategic hub with growing international connectivity and a skilled medical workforce—Cosmedic Express bridges the gap between Western patient expectations and Albania’s competitive healthcare offerings. The leadership team’s UK and US background influences every aspect of the business, from compliance standards and data protection to communication style and customer experience. Further, as the UK owner now lives in Tirana, the company has dedicated itself to remunerating staff at international rates, rather than at Albanian rates.
