We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Sales Partnership team. As a Business Development Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, to include prospecting and sourcing leads, building outreach lists, running outreach campaigns, qualifying opportunities, supporting onboarding & improving the funding process, booking meetings, and maintaining the CRM.

Work Hours: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager,
• Prospect and source leads by identifying target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, conference lists, and industry databases.
• Build outreach lists by scraping, organizing, and enriching contact data to feed into outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo.io & ChatGPT.
• Run outreach campaigns by executing multi-channel outreach (email & LinkedIn) using tools like HubSpot or Apollo.io to engage prospects.
• Make targeted calls to warm up leads, qualify opportunities, and pitch the value of embedded finance partnerships.
• Assist in streamlining the partner onboarding experience and improving the merchant funding process by flagging friction points and sharing feedback from early-stage partner and customer interactions.
• Set up qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager, providing clear context and lead insights.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking of all lead activity, touchpoints, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Share lead insights with the partnerships and marketing teams to improve outreach strategy and messaging.
• May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Kualifikimet

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• C1 English level proficiency and fluency.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• 1-2 years of business development experience.
• Customer-oriented and able to adapt and respond to diverse personalities. Along with the ability to use positive language and persuasive speaking skills.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Excellent research skills
• Good Excel and other computer skills;
• Creativity and resourcefulness.
• Strong work ethic;
• Energetic, friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
