Pompay Group LLC, a U.S. based firm that provides accounting services and cash cycle management to U.S. based start-ups and small businesses is seeking a highly skilled Client Accounting Manager for its Albania office.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing day-to-day accounting transactions, and supporting our client’s financial reporting activities.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and can manage financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Detyrat

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping accounts.
• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, contracts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with payroll-related bookkeeping and expense reporting when required.
• Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial records and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and financial information.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Kualifikimet

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferred minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Excel. Hands-on experience with an accounting platform is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the wider team.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
