We're looking for a Junior AML & Quality Analyst who understands that effective compliance is about more than checking boxes — it's about learning to spot risks, supporting process improvements, and helping build a stronger, more reliable financial operation.

In this role, you'll begin developing skills in AML compliance, quality assurance, investigation support, and operational oversight, working under guidance to help ensure our financial products and services meet high standards of compliance and accuracy.

You'll work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Management, supporting reviews, monitoring activities, internal controls, and compliance-related communications. If you're analytical, naturally curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a compliance career, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Support quality controls – assist in developing and maintaining QA processes that support AML compliance and operational accuracy
• Help identify risks – participate in audits and reviews of internal processes, controls, and workflows under senior guidance
• Monitor activity & flag concerns – review transactions and customer activity to identify unusual or potentially suspicious behavior, escalating for further review
• Support investigations – assist in assessing flagged cases and help prepare escalations in line with internal procedures
• Contribute to AML process improvements – work alongside Compliance and Operations teams to support better controls, procedures, and reporting accuracy
• Assist with compliance communications – monitor incoming compliance-related emails, flag important or urgent matters, and escalate to senior team members or management
• Support quality reviews – help review processes and outputs, noting gaps and suggesting improvements
• Manage tasks with guidance – handle compliance and quality-related tasks with growing independence while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Build your knowledge – actively learn AML regulations, regulatory expectations, risk indicators, and industry best practices through training and mentorship

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
• 0.5–1 years of experience in AML compliance, quality assurance, financial crime prevention, or a related area (internships or academic projects count)
• Fluent English
• Basic understanding of AML regulations, risk-based approaches, and transaction monitoring concepts, gained through coursework, certifications, or exposure
• Willingness to learn and apply AML controls and procedures with support from senior colleagues
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies and patterns, even if still refining investigative skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage a few responsibilities under guidance and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail — you naturally notice things others might overlook
• Eagerness to take ownership over time, with willingness to ask questions and seek guidance early on
• A genuine self-learner mindset and interest in growing your regulatory and technical knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with growing confidence to share findings and raise concerns
