Detyrat

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the Tirana office: post roles, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and manage offers.
• Run onboarding for new hires, contracts, equipment access, introductions, first-week support.
• Manage payroll coordination and ensure accurate, on-time processing in line with Albanian labor law.
• Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation, kept accurate and audit-ready.
• Handle day-to-day employee relations: questions, leave requests, and general staff support.
• Track attendance, holidays and performance review cycles for the local team.
• Liaise with the local Albanian accountant and legal advisors on labor law, tax and compliance matters.
• Support Zurich leadership with local hiring plans and workforce reporting.
• Help build and document HR processes and policies as the Tirana team grows.

Kualifikimet

• 3+ years of HR generalist, recruitment or people operations experience.
• Fluent English, daily communication with Zurich in writing and on calls.
• Solid understanding of Albanian labor law and payroll requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
