Pro Cars imports vehicles from the USA and Canada for customers in Albania and other European countries.

Our mission is to make the car-buying process simple, transparent, and secure. We do more than sell cars—we help our customers find the right vehicle and confidently manage the entire purchasing journey.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Albania. If you enjoy working with people, are interested in cars, and want your results to directly influence your income, we would be happy to meet you.

Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
Office-based position in Albania.

What You Will Do

• Communicate with customers and identify their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Help customers select the most suitable vehicle from the USA or Canada.
• Present available options and clearly explain vehicle specifications, history, condition, pricing, and the purchasing process.
• Conduct customer meetings and sales negotiations.
• Search for vehicles and evaluate offers on international automotive auction platforms such as Copart and IAAI.
• Support customers throughout the sales process and maintain professional, long-term relationships.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role.
• At least an intermediate level of English, as English is used for internal communication.
• Genuine interest in cars and a willingness to develop automotive market knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented approach.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence in working with customers and handling objections.

Experience in automotive sales is an advantage, but motivated candidates with strong sales potential are also welcome to apply.
