Sales Manager

International company Scientific Publications. We are a team of specialists in the field of scientific consultancy, collaborating with leading scientists from around the world.

With 10 years of experience in the market, we are a leader in scientific consultancy and the first and only scientometrics center in the CIS.

Our clients are scientists holding various positions at universities and other research institutions. They include early-career researchers, academic staff, heads of departments, and university leaders. We assist with the publication of their research papers at an international level, helping to raise the profile of their academic work and enhance their research portfolio — essential for professional development.

We welcome applications from candidates without prior work experience.

Salary: €600–700 at the start.

Detyrat

Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming enquiries.
  • Advising clients via chat, email, and telephone.
  • Selling the company’s services.
  • Preparing and managing initial documentation.
  • Supporting clients throughout the duration of the partnership.

Kualifikimet

What we look for in a future employee:

  • Good written and spoken communication skills in Albanian and English.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information.
  • Strong business communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
