Work From Home | Albania, Kosovo & North Macedonia

We are hiring motivated remote sales representatives living in Albania, Kosovo, or North Macedonia to sell products and services to restaurants and businesses in the United States.

This is a full-time position for candidates who speak excellent English and Albanian, communicate confidently by phone, and have experience making outbound sales calls.
Work Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time

This is generally 3:00 PM–12:00 midnight local time, but employees must follow the U.S. Central Time schedule throughout the year.

Applicants must be available for the complete shift.
What You Will Sell

Our products and services include:

• Specialty bakery and bread products
• Private-label hot sauce
• Restaurant POS systems
• Credit-card processing and merchant services

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to U.S. restaurants and businesses
• Speak with owners, managers, and chefs
• Explain our products and services clearly
• Ask questions and identify customer needs
• Handle objections professionally
• Follow up with interested customers
• Close sales and open new customer accounts
• Record calls, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM
• Meet daily call goals and monthly sales targets

Kualifikimet

Requirements:

• Must live in Albania, Kosovo, or North Macedonia
• Must speak very good English
• Must also speak Albanian
• Previous call-center, telesales, or outbound-calling experience is required
• Must be comfortable cold calling customers in the United States
• Sales-closing experience is strongly preferred
• Must have reliable high-speed internet
• Must have a computer, professional headset, and quiet workspace
• Must be dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time

Experience with restaurant sales, food products, POS systems, credit-card processing, or merchant services is a major advantage.
