Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our Marketing Department.
The role combines social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and community management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating high-quality content, managing digital channels, and driving engagement and brand growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and brand objectives.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars covering campaigns, promotions, events, entertainment, and brand communication.
• Create, shoot, and edit engaging content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, short-form videos, and social media graphics.
• Capture and produce content during events, performances, photoshoots, and other brand activities.
• Coordinate and participate in photoshoots and video productions with internal teams, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, sounds, challenges, and platform updates and adapt relevant trends to the brand.
• Manage daily social media activity, including publishing, scheduling, Stories, Reels, and community engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages and build an active and engaged online community.
• Provide real-time social media coverage during events, performances, launches, and special occasions.
• Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, views, audience growth, and other KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and, where relevant, Google Ads.
• Support audience targeting, retargeting, creative testing, budget management, and campaign optimization.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual communication across all platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Proven ability to create high-quality social media content from concept to execution.
• Good knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, sound, framing, and short-form video production.
• Experience with editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar.
• Practical knowledge of the latest AI tools for creating and editing social media content.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, engagement, and platform-specific content.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
• Strong creative eye with a good understanding of aesthetics, storytelling, and premium brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site and creating content during events, activations, and special occasions.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, nightlife, lifestyle, or premium brands is considered an advantage.
• A portfolio or examples of previously created and managed social media content/accounts is highly preferred.

What We Are Looking For

A hands-on social media professional who can combine strategy with execution — someone who can plan the content calendar, manage the platforms, create the content, understand what performs, and continuously improve the brand’s digital presence.
