About the Role:
Infosoft Systems is looking for a driven and creative IT Marketing & Business Growth Specialist to lead our marketing efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our B2B sales team, increasing our brand visibility in the market, and positioning our company as an attractive employer and business partner.

You will work closely with sales, HR, and leadership to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive business growth and employer branding. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in dynamic environments.

Detyrat

• Plan, develop, and execute lead generation campaigns to support B2B sales.
• Manage digital marketing channels.
• Create engaging content (articles, case studies, social posts, newsletters).
• Collaborate with sales and partners to drive joint marketing initiatives.
• Drive PR efforts to increase the company’s visibility and thought leadership.
• Support HR in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance.
• Maintain and develop relationships with partners and key industry players.
• Continuously test new marketing channels and growth strategies.

Kualifikimet

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Marketing or related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer journeys.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in lead generation.
• Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Ads, LinkedIn, CRM, etc).
• Strong creative mindset combined with an analytical approach.
• Previous experience in employer branding is a plus.
