Position: Senior Legal Advisor

Position Overview:

The Senior Legal Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring legal compliance and supporting the strategic objectives of Kidzone Ltd and its partner companies. This position is responsible for providing expert legal guidance, drafting and reviewing key documents, and advising corporate governance and regulatory matters. The role requires a proactive approach to risk management and collaboration across multiple departments to safeguard the company’s interests and maintain operational integrity.

Detyrat

• Providing clear and practical legal opinions to guide business decisions across departments.
• Drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet legal standards and reflect business needs.
• Leading negotiations on drafted or revised contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Preparing and verifying essential legal documentation, including annexes, authorizations, and assembly decisions.
• Standardizing and improving contract templates for Kidzone and partner companies.
• Drafting internal regulations, instructions, and authorizations that support smooth operations.
• Keeping departments informed about legal changes that impact company activities.
• Representing the company in amicable dispute resolutions and handling low-complexity court cases.
• Managing interactions with the National Business Center for permits, licenses, and registrations.
• Providing additional legal assistance as required to support business objectives.

Kualifikimet

• Education: Law degree; master’s degree in law is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Albanian corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Albanian (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal research tools.
