IT Service Operations Specialist
Manage and guarantee IT service operations, system availability and performance monitoring
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•E2E Service Monitoring and improvement;
•Incident Management & Problem Management;
•Quality Control of systems performance;
•Release deployment execution and integrated planning;
•Continual Service Improvement;
•Application Operations aligned with TDs.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•Extensive experience handling IT service operations for Telco charging, rating, billing, CRM Solutions, BI etc;
•Extensive experience in handling Incident & Problem Management.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
•Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering or IT;
•Excellent knowledge of English and Albanian (speaking and writing).
