Detyrat

• Designs, plans and supervises construction implementation;
• Be responsible for the safety, suitability and aesthetics of buildings;
• Designs structures/drawings/plans in accordance with customer requirements and applicable laws/regulations;
• Create preliminary sketches, using suitable design software, which suggest the shape and general appearance of the building, the construction method, where it will be located and how it will look inside;
• After the client approves the preliminary plans, the architect prepares more detailed plans, which show exactly how the structure will be built, including technical information, or specifications, of the materials used and installation methods;
• Collaborates with staff engineers, urban planners, contractors, and other architects;
• Coordinates the work of designers from other disciplines involved in the project;
• Supervises and participates in the preparation and maintenance of cost data used in the preparation of cost estimates for new projects;
• Coordinates with team leaders for architectural refinishing works;
• Accompanies clients to the facility to present the project/property;
• Informs Clients about the quality of construction and other services offered by the company in the project;
• Analyzes the requests of the Clients for changes in the project, in cooperation with the site staff;
• Familiarity with the procedures of the company, with subcontractors, familiarity with the contracts of designers and implementers;
• Coordinating and providing the necessary information to the finance department regarding the progress of clients;
• Prepares weekly reports regarding the progress of the processes in charge;
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Kualifikimet

• Possess a university degree in Architecture;
• Have at least 3 years of work experience;
• Ability to coordinate work and relevant projects;
• Ability to suggest solutions and make decisions;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Have very good computer skills in using basic Architecture programs:
• Autocad, 3DSMAX, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, etc. Visualization skills would be welcome.
• Detail oriented and highly analytical.
• Critical skills on the design and details of refinishes, expressed on the functional and aesthetic side;
• Good knowledge of urban planning legislation;
