We, Lufthansa Industry Solutions- Albania, are growing continuously and are therefore looking a Second Level Application Support to join our existing team.

Our technical administration ensures the smooth and stable operation of internal IT services and the IT infrastructure of Lufthansa Industry Solutions.

We are looking for Second Level Application Support with the main task in assisting colleagues across the globe on specific software and on specific industries.

Kualifikimet

Requirements: 

• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to learn new technologies and applications
• Very good communication behavior as well as high service and customer orientation
• Social competence and ability to integrate, confident manner
• High level of commitment and initiative, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
