Position: Sales Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for three experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Specialist to join our team at Baboon Delivery. This role is crucial for driving our sales initiatives within the food delivery on-demand marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a passion for the food and beverage industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the food delivery on-demand marketplace.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, cafes, and other food service providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize Baboon Delivery’s market share and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance Baboon Delivery’s reputation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Kualifikimet

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food delivery, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics and challenges of the food delivery
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
