BlueMagic Group is looking for International sales consultants to join our team based in Tirana, Albania. Our Head Office is based in London, UK with our Clinic located in Istanbul, Turkey. The candidate would need to be highly active, energetic and funky kind of tele sales consultants to join our amazing team.

• Sell our business service skillfully and ethically to generate new and repeated business activities.
• Answer questions about hospital and its services.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, acquisition of more business through research and reputation (closing collaborations with hairdressers etc.)
• Generate a targeted number of calls per week with a number of sales per week
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Call center: 1year (Preferred)
Sales: 1year (Preferred)
Worked before in hair transplant clinic (Preferred)
• Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role,
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone,
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs,
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection,
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complains,
• Integrity, positive attitude, honesty and proactive,
• Self-motivated, punctual and reliable,
• Customer service oriented, targets/results oriented.
Third Language (Preferred)
Tirana, Albania. Possibility to move in London or Istanbul in the future.
