Successful Sales Appointment Setters in our network are consistently earning €2500 + per month OTE, and this really could be you. The quoted salary is realistic as you get ongoing commission for all customers as they will be using our services throughout the year and beyond.

The more customers you bring the more they spend the more commission you earn.

We are able to offer big brands such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, DPD, DSV, FREIGHT as well as small independent couriers for more local or bespoke work.

WORLD OPTIONS PADDINGTON are a global shipping specialist, partnering with the biggest names in logistics such as; DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, DPD, DSV, FREIGHT etc. We are passionate about customer service and helping our customers reach the furthest parts of the world with their shipping needs.

We are a successful logistics and freight business, specialising in offering small to medium size businesses cost savings on all their freight, parcels, packages, pallets, imports and exports. We work in partnership with the top global carriers across the world and also have our own online booking system for our clients to place their shipments, allowing them to receive real time quotes, track all of their shipments and place orders with multiple carriers, all from one location.

The right candidate, that shows us a desire to achieve results and grow a career with us, can expect the following as genuine On Target Earnings (OTE) in their first 3 years with us based on working full time hours:

  • Year 1:  €700 – €1300 per month
  • Year 2: €1300 – €1900 per month
  • Year 3: €1900 – €2500 per month


The Job:

The role will be predominantly Cold Calling from a List of Companies Provided in order to connect with businesses who send anything aboard, from documents, to parcels and pallets.

You will build relationships with Decision Makers, by explaining our services and  the best solution we can provide for them as they move things in and out of the UK with via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, DPD etc… with the ultimate goal for you to book a well qualified Appointment for our Sales Specialist who will Demo the Product and will Provide Bespoke Pricing and Solution and Close the Deal for you.  All you must do is book well qualified Quality Appointments.

Your main Objective is to book minimum 8 Quality, Well Qualified Appointments per week with Decision Makers with Companies that Sends documents, parcels, pallets & freight UK and International.

  • You will be expected to contact 50-60 Companies per day – The list of companies will be provided. You will be expected to make quality calls, establishing decision makers with the aim of booking minimum 8 appointments per week after pre-qualifying the company / person and which companies do they currently use for deliveries and how often do they deliver UK and International.
  • We believe in quality, not quantity - There is no need to make 100+ pointless calls a day. Thorough Training on the product will be provided.
  • Your phone charm, professionalism and enthusiasm will be sensed by everyone you speak to.
  • You must have previous outbound telesales experience.
  • You must have positive energy, a can-do attitude and the ability to remain positive.


Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • We measure our Candidates on Knowledge, Attitude, Skill and Habit
  • At least 1 year of previous B2B telesales experience is required - SKILL
  • Perfect spoken English is essential due to the role being primarily telephone based - SKILL
  • You will have experience and skill at talking with gatekeepers and speak to the decision maker, be articulate in explaining our services and skilful in understanding their potential needs. SKILL
  • You will have a competent level of use of MSoft Excel and Word. Full and extensive training will be given on our CRM/Portal system. SKILL
  • Most importantly you will have a warm, sincere, and likeable personality that will be positively received by all that you speak to. ATTITUDE
  • Consistently hitting your KPIs: Contacting 50-60 companies every day, minimum 8 well qualified appointments per week, saying the right things to the right people. HABIT.
  • More Sales Skills will be given and Full Product Training and ongoing support will be provided. KNOWLEDGE + SKILL
