The Rogner Hotel Tirana gives you an once in a lifetime opportunity to train, learn and grow, within our organization. Our innovative team is looking for a motivated and dynamic personality to fulfill the Receptionist position.

Detyrat

Essential Duties and Job Requirements:

• Check in the arriving guest and checks out the departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the Rogner Hotel Tirana procedures and standards.
• Upon check in, registers guest and assigns rooms. 
• Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
• Upon departure of guests, process the guest check out procedures.
• Receive payment from guests.
• Settle the guest accounts.
• Handle all front office cashiers' transactions such as posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency according to the procedures, etc.
• Answer all guests' requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, provides/receives information and takes appropriate actions or refers the matters to the relevant persons to handle.
• Handle messages and deal with complaints.
• Keep him/her informed of product and service knowledge as well as the hotel daily and meeting activities.
• Possess a working knowledge of the room reservation procedures.
• Take/answer reservations and cancellations if required.

Kualifikimet

• Working Experience in similar hotels Complete command of the Albanian, English; any other languages (especially German and Italian) are definitely an advantage;
• Computer literate - knowledge of Fidelio software is an advantage University Degree.
