Civil engineer appointed full-time as a quantity surveyor of a Project in the city of Vlora, Albania.

Detyrat

• Control and coordination of the construction works to be done in compliance with the Project,  provisions of the Contract and Technical specification, Engineer's and Employer's requirements;
• Providing all required documents to the Engineer and the Employer in a timely manner: - daily papers (Daily reports, Weekly Reports, Inspection requests, Variations occured during the construction, etc.) - monthly interim valuations / Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) including valuation sheets, measurement sheets, shop drawings, and any other documents as required by the Contract and the Engineer - updating the Work Program and Cash Flow as required by the Contract .
• Solving construction issues in case of any disputes, disagreements or misunderstandings between the Parties occured during the Project implementation with reference to construction process, valuation, paperwork or any other;

Kualifikimet

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• luent English (written and spoken).
• Computer literacy - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD
