Our current open position in our office in Tirana: Project Administrator
Project Administrator consists of:
• Administration of project documentation, organize and keep update with client and engineering department.
• Daily progress analyzing.
• Progress Invoicing.
• Accounts Receivable Reports.
This position is very delicate in the company, requires high attention to detail, self-organization, and multitasking.
Candidates must.:
• Speak Excellent English, Verbal, and Written.
• Have a University Degree or Equivalent. (Preferred accounting degree).
• Use Microsoft Office advanced level, good skills with other fleet systems.
• QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
• Team player and willing to grow in the company.
• Dynamic and multitasking.
