Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Create novel approach for capturing share.
• Proactively identify strategic programs targeted to improve market position.
• Implement marketing program activities.
• Deliver high quality programs to attain market share and market commercial goals.
• Business development activities coordination.
• Monitor promotional budgets and ROI.
• Grow Product knowledge by attendance at conferences and seminars.
• Be the Product  “Champion” within and outside the Organization.
• Comply with FCPA and Viatris ethical standards and Code of business practices.

Kualifikimet

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing in pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and ability to identify future areas of opportunity.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Results oriented.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Endurance and persistence.
