We are looking for a Manager that can take this department to the next level! A successful manager would utilize their prior experience to institute operational goals and milestones that will propel this department and lead its expansion. The manager will formulate monthly targets and lead their team through training and motivational  tactics to meet and exceed those targets. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, driven and self-sufficient with natural leadership skills.

Working hours are 2:30pm-10:30pm Monday through Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Institute new operational guidelines to improve the team’s performance across its core competencies;
• Incorporate monthly goals, targets and incentives to maximize the team’s output and effectiveness;
• Act as an inspiring and confident leader to extract efficiencies and performance from team members;
• Communicate job expectations and responsibilities, while supervising, disciplining, managing and overseeing employees and work systems;
• Assess employee performance and provide positive and constructive feedback;
• Listen to and gather feedback from team members in order to resolve uncertainties, issues or conflicts;
• Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective communication and collaboration;
• Delegate tasks to team members and set deadlines;
• Constantly and efficiently monitor team performance and report on metrics;
• Hire, train and coach team members and provide support to them at all times;
• Create and maintain a healthy and positive work culture;
• Ensure all employees comply with company rules, policies, procedures and regulations, while meeting established productivity targets;
• Establish and maintain quality and customer service standards, while ensuring workers do the same;
• May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Kualifikimet

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• C1 level proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Bachelor degree in relevant field a plus;
• 7+ years management experience required;
• Previous experience in Financial Services and industry knowledge is a plus;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills;
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to train and mentor and motivate staff;
• Strong decision making skills;
• Excellent phone presence and results oriented;
• Strong computer skills such as in Microsoft Windows and Office suite especially in Word and Excel. CRM experience preferred;
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to existing and new procedures and in turn work independently in a reliable and trustworthy manner;
