Job position: Database Operator
Grade: 6 Department: Commercial
Location: Head Office

Summary: Under general supervision, enters data from forms, records and/or reports in computer; Prints and distributes reports; Processes transcript requests; Maintains a record-keeping and filing system; Updates System validation tables.

Detyrat

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inserts in the system all the warehouse entrances; Inserts all the quantity dates that will go out from the warehouse to the Market or Hypermarket;
• Reviews and corrects the data coming across as incorrect or wrong;
• Coordinates the inserted data with the extracted reports;
• Extracted and delivers the expresses orders which gives to the warehouseman and to the persons responsible to prepare the goods;
• Shares, assorts and/or puts in files the reports separates according to the periods and determined procedures;
• Updates System validation tables in database.
• Creates/deletes/inserts/updates codes using appropriate form;
• Creates/deletes/inserts/updates codes upon request of change within specified time frames;
• Maintains knowledge of different types of forms used in system;  
• Identifies training needs, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Trains staff on system procedures providing necessary supporting documentation;
• Updates training materials as necessary to staff in a timely manner;

Kualifikimet

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: University degree in IT field
Work Experiences: At least 1 year of experience in the same field.
