The Senior Director of Quality will manage Barrister Global Services Network Inc.’s Global quality organization. They will support the Customer Satisfaction & Quality Assurance performance improvement strategy, design, and management process. They will drive all quality-related activities to support Barrister Global Services Network Inc. products including: implementing and maintaining ISO-9001: 2000 certified quality system; assuring process and product adherence to all customer, regulatory, and internal requirements, developing and deploying Quality strategies and implementation plans to assure continuous improvement of quality process. The Senior Director will frequently be in a position of facilitating change in established processes within the Wireless System’s organization and obtaining buy-in from the organization’s leadership.
The Sr. Director will be responsible for providing input for short and long-term strategic direction for all global quality functions. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining communication channels among all product, client service, and operational groups within the supply chain through information sharing, thought leadership, and tactical & strategic planning. Furthermore, he / she will ensure departmental results are delivered in accordance with the Supply Chain Quality strategic plan and Company Core Values.
•Assumes the role as the Barrister Global Services Network Inc. Voice of Quality Management.
•Defines the most efficient processes and tools, which support Barrister Global Services Network Inc.’s business.
•Develops and drives implementation plans for all Quality Metrics and Measurements
•Oversee and audit the management and execution of key internal activity including product and process quality.
•Govern and co-ordinate presentation of all internal and external quality management data reporting and analysis
•Creates, Sponsors & Drives continuous improvement plans for all quality processes, metrics and measurements.
•Design and Implement Barrister Global Services Network Inc. Global Quality Organizational Structure.
•Creates & Delivers educational and development materials made available to Barrister Global Services Network Inc. functional managers.
•Create, Maintain and publish the department’s Quarterly strategic plan to support the growth of the Quality Assurance & Control groups
•Benchmark internal Quality Strategy & performance against the broader industry and spotlight Best Practices for implementation at Barrister Global Services Network Inc..
•Serve as the SME and focal point for internal and external customers in a timely manner on quality and reliability issues and opportunities
•Responsible for ensuring that all requirements of Barrister Global Services Network Inc. Quality System meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
•Participate in and Represent Barrister Global Services Network Inc. Quality Management at Industry Forums and Events
•Serve as a liaison for call centers and other functional groups.
Kualifikimet / Kërkesat
•BS Degree in engineering, quality, or other related business discipline. Master’s preferred.
•Six Sigma Black/Green Belt and CQM/CQE or CQA certification. Preferred
•Must have 10-15 years’ experience in both manufacturing, quality and reliability assurance (QRA) background at management level.
•5+ years of relevant industry experience
•Leadership building and development with large teams, domestic or foreign
•Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in building a business from the ground up
•Strong ability to move between tactical and strategic aspects of business
•Proven ability to set direction, build strong cross functional relationships, clearly articulate a strong point of view and influence others
