Hiring Position – Assistant Bookkeeper (entry-level)

SFC ALB is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as an Entry-Level Bookkeeper.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in bookkeeping and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Detyrat

• Manage and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks software.
• Input and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Generate and distribute invoices to clients and oversee timely payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support budget and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship or coursework in accounting/bookkeeping
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Basic understanding of financial principles and practices
