Role Overview:We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our B2B customer and affiliate partner acquisition initiatives and drive revenue growth. This role will be crucial in conducting the company’s revenue engine, requiring a thorough understanding of our products and services. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals, with a focus on achieving our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Company Representation: Effectively represent our offerings while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our services.
Customer Needs Assessment: Research and identify customer needs, aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency.
Sales Growth Management: Achieve sales volume growth and hit targets by managing our database of leads, B2B customers, and affiliate partners.
Lead Generation: Generate and expand our customer base, ensuring a strong market presence.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and partnering effectively.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of onboarded merchants and affiliates, providing follow-up support during their initial onboarding period.
Sales Tracking: Track sales goals, report results, and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, new products, and competitor activities.
Storytelling: Utilize storytelling to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
