Job Title: Dispatch Manager Durres

Job Summary:
Baboon Delivery is seeking a motivated and organized Dispatch Manager to join our Logistics Department in Durres, Albania. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery operations by managing courier recruitment and onboarding, overseeing day-to-day logistics, and guaranteeing that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:

Hiring & Onboarding Couriers

• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting skilled couriers.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
• Ensure new couriers are trained on Baboon Delivery’s processes, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Monitoring & Follow-Up

• Track courier performance and delivery operations to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Utilize logistics software to monitor delivery progress and address operational challenges in real-time.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the courier team.

Support in Daily Operations

• Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring efficient route planning and on-time deliveries.
• Address operational issues, including delays, courier absences, and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to improve delivery workflows and customer satisfaction.

Guarantee KPIs

• Monitor and ensure key metrics such as delivery time, customer satisfaction, and courier productivity are consistently achieved.
• Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present reports on performance metrics to management.

Kualifikimet

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or related roles. Experience in managing teams is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in logistics software and tools; good understanding of route optimization and delivery management systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Albanian and English is required.
