Position: Sales - Account Manager

We are looking for two experienced and dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team at Baboon Delivery. This role is crucial for driving our sales initiatives within the food delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a passion for the food and beverage industry.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your primary responsibilities include

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing a Portfolio of Accounts: You’ll oversee a set of accounts to achieve long-term success. This involves understanding client needs, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Developing Positive Client Relationships: Building rapport with clients is essential. You’ll be the point of contact for their individual needs, ensuring timely responses and a positive customer experience.
  • Generating New Sales Opportunities: Utilize existing and potential customer networks to drivenew business. Your goal is to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Supervising Account Representatives: Lead and guide account representatives to enhance salesperformance. You’ll monitor their activities and provide necessary support.
  • Reporting and Target Setting: Regularly report on account status and transactions. Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitoring Sales Metrics: Keep an eye on sales metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts. Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Requirements and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven Work Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive is essential.
  • Sales Acumen: Hands-on experience in sales, coupled with the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills are crucial for client interactions and negotiations.
  • Timeliness and Problem-Solving Attitude: Deliver projects promptly and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,or arelevant field.
