The HSE Specialist develops and implements health, safety, and environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations and promote a safe work environment. The role involves conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, and providing training to employees.

Detyrat

• Develop, implement, and update HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with management to integrate HSE practices into company operations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and hazards.
• Monitor and analyse incident reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and management.
• Ensure that all employees are aware of and understand safety procedures and protocols.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes to provide relevant training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, including inspections, incidents, and training.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
• Monitor and address occupational health issues and environmental exposures.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Develop and implement safe work procedures and practices.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Handles all the relation with third party entities and state authority regarding work safety and health procedure and licences.

Kualifikimet

• University degree in industrial engineering or relevant field. HSE certificate.
• Prefered minimum 1 year of experience as HSE specialist.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, laws procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Possess good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
