-Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or offers
-Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
-Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
-Enter and update customer information in the database
-Take and process orders in an accurate manner
•Client relationship – answer to incoming solicitations from existing and potential clients via telephone, email and social media. Maintain a well informed and in control relationship with the client community
•Follow-up on client requests for issues related to the products and communicate to the sales teams in relation to client requests;
•Work directly with advertising, research and media agencies on simple tasks;
•Help on event planning and organizing (a few times per year);
•Help on campaign report check-ups;
The ideal candidate:
•English language skills (written and verbal);
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels;
•Strong organizational skills;
•Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint;
•Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to work;
•Action and results-oriented with a positive attitude;
•Strong communication skills;
•Ability to focus on results and work under pressure despite the changing environment.
Education: University degree.
