RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MEDIUM BUSINESS BANKING DIVISION
Division: Medium Business Banking Division
Work place: Head Office, Tirana
•Negotiates, within his competence, regarding conditions on cooperation with the clients that had been assigned to him in order to achieve relevant agreements.
•Propose the credit facilities and, generally, the terms, conditions and exposure limits for each customer or group of customers.
•Maintain comprehensive loan files for each case.
•Monitor the development of activities, the credit rating of each portfolio, and the profitability of each relationship.
•Proposes for approval to the competent committee annual and periodic reviews for each customer under the responsibility of the Unit, as well as other ad hoc proposals.
•Ensure to provide integrated and comprehensive financial services, cash management services, and overall banking services, taking into consideration the specific needs of the client within market conditions.
•Conducts visits to existing and / or new clients, if necessary, to discuss issues of cooperation, depending on their needs.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking or other relevant field.
•Master degree is an advantage.
•Excellent command of the Albanian and the English language.
•MS Office Package.
•Five (5) years of experience in the banking sector and three (3) years of related experience.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (flexibility, initiative).
