Title of the position – Account Manager
Asseco South Eastern Europe is looking for an Account Manager whose responsibility is to identify and generate sales opportunities, build customer relationships, drive sales process and close sales opportunities.
•Lead sales process of BU solutions for assigned territory/accounts
•Identify and develop new business opportunities
•Create effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
•Coordinate all sales activities and manage resources within the sales cycle to ensure deal profitability
•Plan and execute presales and sales process of solutions (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, etc.)
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, based on knowledge of customer’s needs
•Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline for assigned territories/accounts
•Maintain data in CRM system
•Provide necessary sales support during post-sales period.
Education: Bachelor or Master degree from Business/Technical/Finance University
Languages: English-Verbal communication, general writing and reading, creating documents and substantive communication.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
•3 years of experience in IT sales;
•Knowledge of target market (business environment, challenges and opportunities, market segmentation, customer needs);
•Knowledge of territory (decision makers, customer organization structure, competition in the accounts) ;
•Knowledge of banking industry is advantage;
•Understanding of customer business plans and budgets;
•Presentation skills and MS office package.
•Good planning and organizing abilities;
•Strong drive to achieve the best results against internal or external standards of excellence;
•Solid analytical skills and ability to understand complex problems;
•Ability and willingness to work as a part of team and to build strong working relationships;
•Able to maintain clear and regular communication with customers with focus on listening and responding to their concerns;
•Openness to continuous acquisition of new skills and competencies, as well as to improve existing;
•Goal and task oriented.
