Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Client, is looking for a highly motivated, experienced HR Director. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically aligning HR practices and policies to best meet the company's organizational targets and needs as well as guiding managers in employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will be someone who has handled employee relations, recruiting and on-boarding and is knowledgeable of all key Human Resources functions. We are looking for HR professionals that want to take a step up in their careers and build a positive, professional environment around them.
•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•Engaging with HR projects that enable efficiency and effectiveness for the organization.
•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
•Manage full cycle recruitment and hiring processes, onboarding procedures and exit interviews.
•Work with senior managers to assess overall staff development needs to identify and conduct appropriate training opportunities.
•Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
•Develop effective communication programs that promote benefits and support the company’s recruitment and retention efforts.
•Other Duties as Assigned.
We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:
•Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
•7+ years of experience in HR related role including minimum 5 years management experience including direct reports.
•Excellent planning and analytical skills to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
•Experience in Talent Acquisition, labor compliance, succession planning, training, compensation, employee relation, and performance management.
•Ability to handle projects with multiple departments regarding a wide variety of HR topics.
•Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
•Must be fluent in English.
