Log in Albania is looking for a new Sales and Marketing Manager with a digital focus, who is going to be responsible for developing and growing profitable car rental revenue by acquiring new profitable business, retain and grow existing business, and provide innovative solutions that support sales initiatives.
As a natural strategic marketing leader, who can demonstrate previous experience of working closely with a broad range of stakeholders covering both B2B, B2C and internal markets, we are keen to appoint a talented person to drive our in-house sales and marketing team across the full marketing spectrum. The role can be fast paced and high stress at times, it takes the right kind of person to grow a car rental location and it takes dedication from a team of people to make it happen, as the leader of the team it will be your responsibility to ensure you run a smooth operation and offer support through daily interactions to increase sales effectiveness.
Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.
•Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and market share.
•Prepares and completes action plans for sales and marketing, determining system improvements and implementing change.
•Prepares annual budget for marketing and sales activities.
•Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales for specific products, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
•Build and maintain effective referral relationships to maximize referral opportunities.
•Deliver effective presentations including proposals to customers and business reviews to management.
•Identify, respond and solve business issues for customers and provide win-win solutions that add value.
•Close deals and effectively communicate the value of our Brand and how you will meet the customer’s needs and business objectives.
•Maintain account files, report documentation and proposals/bids using the internal system.
•Participate in trade shows and other local events to strengthen the relationships of our brands in the marketplace.
•Communicate regularly with Sales’ and Operations’ teams regarding marketing trends, customer concerns and effectiveness and best practices for sales strategies.
•University Degree in business administration, economics or related fields of study with an MBA in marketing preferred.
•Minimum of three years of management experience with sales and marketing, with a Car Rental Industry experience preferred.
•Demonstrated success in a key sales and marketing role.
•Ability to generate new and innovative ways to sell products and services.
•Strong and effective skills in all areas of research, probing, prospecting, lead generation and negotiating in order to uncover new business opportunities, develop existing accounts and deliver results.
•Ability to demonstrate ease and professionalism when meeting with clients;
•Excellent business acumen and strong planning, organization and priority setting skills to leverage relationships, both internal and external.
•Must have a high degree of integrity, credibility, energy and enthusiasm.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong ability in mapping out plans, tracing the sales result, analyzing competition and market trend, sales communication and government institution communication.
•Strong organizing and team building ability, to be able to lead subordinates completing tasks successfully.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•Good command of English language.
