Assessing the skills, experience, and qualifications of potential job applicants and inviting suitable candidates to become part of the company
Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Attract candidates using various sources, like HR DB, social media networks etc.
•Receiving requests from other department for new job availability.
•Creating job postings and putting them up online web and other sites
•Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
•Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talent
•Communicating by phone, email, and in person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines
•Interviewing potential job candidates
•Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
•Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as by giving a written test, on line tests etc
•Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
•Recruiting candidates that mesh with the existing company culture
•Recruiting apprentices and trainees that have the potential to grow into skilled workers
•Writing offer letters and participating in negotiation over salary and job duties
•Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
•University degree in social sciences or Human Resources
•At least 3 yrs of relevant work experience
•Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates
•Prioritizing of work activities and meeting necessary deadlines;
•Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram,fb etc.
•Excellent communication skills
•Good negotiation skills
•Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities
•Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
