Job position: Deputy HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Summary: The job position ensures the coordination and implementation of systems, processes, policies and programs regarding rewards, organizational development and effectiveness that encompasses employment relations, compensation & benefits, retention, succession planning/ management and staff development areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manages and correctly implements the company’s compensations by designing systems, writing and updating policies and procedures, directing the collection and calculation of data in compliance with the legal framework.
-Implements and administers a competitive employee benefits program. Effectively communicates the value of the extensive benefits to employees as a part of their total remuneration.
-Manages the HR budget starting from its preparation, anticipating HR requirements, periodic monitoring and analyzing variances.
-Prepares and submits on time the internal and statutory compensations reports alongside with developing and monitoring the necessary HR Metrics to measure the progress of the HR activities under his/her responsibility.
-Drives performance management processes and aligns compensation programs with the pay for performance culture.
-Coordinates and ensures implementation of talent management process leading to succession planning/ management and staff development in the company.
-Reviews periodically the HR procedures and policies to be up to date with the market and legal developments.
-Oversees and ensures internal/ external compliance in the whole employee relations area including the HR administrative operations.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Very good influencing and negotiation skills
-Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility in human relations
-Very good business and analytical sense
-Excellent organizational and people management skills,
- Education: University Degree (MBA preferred)
-Work Experience: At least 4 years work experience in the HR area.
-Fluent English and highly computer skilled
-Experienced in HR information systems
